Productivity tools
Tools for paperwork and for sorting out what to do next. The PDF tools are split by job — merge, extract pages, delete pages, compress, rotate and save, stamp a watermark, set a password, render pages to images — and they either copy pages as-is or re-encode only the images, so the original quality is left alone.
The matrix boards place tasks in the four urgent-important quadrants of the Eisenhower method, or score options against weighted criteria in a decision matrix. Board contents stay in this browser’s local storage. The pomodoro timer counts 25 minutes and then 5, reading the clock rather than ticks so a background tab does not fall behind, and the timer page counts a single run or keeps laps on a stopwatch.

ExampleOne application, three attachments — A form, an ID scan and a statement come as three PDFs, and the portal wants one. Drop all three in, check the order, merge. The scanned pages keep their resolution because nothing is re-encoded.
ExampleEmail says the attachment is too large — A scanned contract comes out of the office scanner far bigger than it needs to be, because each page is a full-resolution photo. Balanced brings the pages down to about 140 dpi, which reads fine on any screen.
ExampleOnly the signed page from a contract — A 40-page contract and the other side wants the signature page. Type 40, save. The page is copied intact, so the scan quality is unchanged.
