Rotate, Flip & Mirror Image

Mirror it, turn it 90° or 180°, and save it in the format it came in.

Everything happens on this device.

How to use

  1. Drop in one or more pictures, or paste one from the clipboard.
  2. Flip horizontally or vertically, or turn it 90° left, 90° right or 180°. Flips follow the turned picture as you see it.
  3. Add grayscale or sepia if you want it, then save. Each picture keeps its own format.

Examples

A selfie that came out mirrored

Front cameras save what the preview showed, so text in the shot reads backwards. One horizontal flip puts it right.

Both directions at once

Horizontal and vertical together is the same picture as a 180° turn, which is why the two are one control here.

Several pictures, one setting

Drop a batch in and the same flip and filter go to all of them. Each one downloads separately, keeping its own name and format.

A photo lying on its side

One press of "Rotate right 90°" or "Rotate left 90°" stands it upright. Cropping or resizing is the other tool. Crop & Resize Images

FAQ

My selfie is mirrored

Tap "Flip horizontal" once to restore the real orientation — the one other people saw, with any text in the shot the right way round.

Does it lose quality?

PNG stays lossless; JPG is re-saved at high quality (0.92). A flip itself moves pixels without changing them.

Is my photo uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser and the file never leaves your device.

Does a 90° turn change the size?

Width and height swap: a 4000×3000 photo becomes 3000×4000, with the same number of pixels.

It's upright on my phone but sideways elsewhere.

The orientation is stored only in an EXIF tag that some programs ignore. This tool reads that tag when opening, then saves the pixels already turned, so the saved file has no orientation tag and opens the way you see it.

In what order are rotation and flip applied?

The turn comes first; flips then follow the turned picture as shown. What you see in the preview is what's saved.
