FAQ
Why is my January birthday a different sign?
The sign changes at Seollal, not January 1, so earlier birthdays take the previous year's animal.
What about the Ipchun (Feb 4) rule?
Some fortune traditions use Ipchun; this tool uses Seollal, the everyday convention.
Does it tell fortunes?
No. It only calculates the animal sign from the date.
